Cyril Julien is a comics artist who has illustrated Web (a story about Judge Dredd and Shimura) and Judge Dredd for the Judge Dredd Megazine. For 2000 AD he has illustrated Vector 13 and Pulp Sci-Fi. Julien has also illustrated a graphic novel called Lone Wolf: The Skull of Agarash. On the right is an excerpt from Web.
