Everybody's Album & Caricature Magazine was a fortnightly tabloid sized sheet of satirical cartoons created by Charles Jamison Grant (published by J.Kendrick of 54 Leicester Square, London and printed by Dean & Munday of 40 Threadneedle Street) which concentrated on political and social issues of the time. A forerunner of the modern comic, it began on 1st January 1834 and came in two editions — plain, priced sixpence, or coloured, priced a shilling. Its more upmarket rival was The Looking Glass.
