Spectacular Spider-Man (actually titled Spectacular Spider-Man Adventures until issue #70) was a title published by Panini under licence from Marvel Comics. It ran 223 issues in total, and while it started out publishing reprints of American material from the Spider-Man Adventures series based on the 1990s animated series, later issues (after they ran out of reprints) contained UK originated Spider-Man strips (frequently featuring Captain Britain, who was formerly published by Panini's predecessors, Marvel UK, as well as reviving another Marvel UK character, The Fury). This practice was stopped in 2011 when Marvel's new owners, the Disney Corporation, banned all non US produced strips featuring Marvel characters, necessitating a return to US reprint material from the Marvel Adventures series for the remainder of the book's run.
