Genetix were a group of superhumans genetically engineered by scientist Oonagh Mullarkey for the evil Mys-Tech Corporation. Unfortunately for Mys-Tech, Stinger (Blodwen Reese), Shift (Clifton Joseph), Base (Hiro Sokuto), Vesper (Raani Jatwinder) and Ridge (Tim Holloway) rebelled against their employers and became superheroes dedicated to their destruction. This seems to have happened to Mys-Tech quite a lot, bringing their competence as an organisation of potential world conquerors into some doubt.
