Synopsis for "The Black Knight"[]

Merlyn goes into a trance so his spirit form can enter the "great void" and search for the soul of Captain Britain. He finds it just as it is about to enter the gates of Netherworld, which resemble a huge skull with a gaping mouth. In Otherworld, the Black Knight is guarding Captain Britain's dead body and Merlyn's entranced body. He sends Moondog and Buckthorn to get more wood for the fire, but they are captured by forest trolls. Then the trolls come for the Black Knight.

Notes[]

Trivia[]

  • The next time Merlyn resurrects Captain Britain, the procedure is quite different — perhaps because he has Roma to help him.
