Keith Reynolds is a cartoonist who has worked for Fleetway (on Whizzer and Chips, School Fun and Buster on characters such as Sweeny Toddler, Ray Gunn and School Belle) and DC Thomson (on Beano, Topper and Dandy, notably drawing Tom, Dick and Sally) as well as The Sun, the Daily Mirror and various men's magazines and specialist publications.
