Strontium Dog was a title published by Quality Comics from 1987-1989, a total of 29 issues, reprinting (predictably) classic Strontium Dog stories from the weekly 2000 AD. New covers were commissioned for the series, and they are absolutely terrible. Why would anyone do that when they had reams of perfectly good Carlos Ezquerra art to use instead? An earlier series had been published by Eagle Comics the previous year, thankfully with covers by Ezquerra.
